Careers
Senior people, close to the work.
Talos is a small team of engineers, designers and applied AI specialists across Amman and Doha. We grow carefully, and we hire people who own what they ship.
Who we look for
- 01
Engineers who ship
Web, mobile and backend engineers who write the code, put it in production and stay accountable for how it runs.
- 02
Designers who finish
Product designers who work in Arabic and English, and hand engineering files that survive contact with the build.
- 03
Applied AI specialists
People who connect models to real systems, measure quality, and know when a rule is better than a model.
How we work
- Amman and Doha, remote-first across the region.
- Small teams. The people who meet the client do the work.
- Written scope, two-week demos, and ownership after launch.
- Arabic and English, in documents and in the product.
