This website describes Talos services and published work. Content is for general information. It is not a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of results. We may change or withdraw pages, case studies and service descriptions at any time.
Inquiries and engagements
Sending a form, email or WhatsApp message does not create a contract. A paid engagement starts only when both sides agree in writing (proposal, statement of work or similar). Project scope, fees, timelines and deliverables are those written terms, not marketing copy on this site.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping that harms the service, no malware, no attempts to access systems or data you are not authorised to use, and no false or misleading submissions.
Intellectual property
The Talos name, mark, site design and original content belong to Talos or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission. Client product names (including EMCARE, INTERSOFTPOS TMS and AQLIFT) remain those owners’ marks and appear only to describe work we have shipped.

Links to Instagram, WhatsApp, fonts or other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talos is not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without prejudice to mandatory protections that apply where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
