Information we collect
If you send the contact form, we receive the details you provide: name, work email, company, role, phone number, area of interest and project brief. If you message us on WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to send. We also store a language preference (English or Arabic) in your browser.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver work you ask us to do, and improve how this website works. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising networks.
Sharing
The contact form is delivered through EmailJS so the message can reach our inbox. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical data needed to run the site. We share information only when required by law, or with a processor who must keep it confidential and use it solely to provide their service to us. If you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics receives usage data about your visit (pages viewed, device and approximate location) so we can see which pages are useful.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up work, then deleted or archived with restricted access. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no internet transmission is completely secure.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to restrict how we use it, subject to applicable law in Qatar and Jordan. To make a request, email Taloossystem@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from you.
